Templates
A problem-interview sheet, a one-page offer template and a product page template to copy and edit.
1. Problem interview sheet
Use one row per conversation. You're listening for repeated problems and the exact words people use for them.
| Person (first name only) | Role / situation | Problem in their words | What they use now | What they've paid for before | Would pre-order? (Y/N/maybe) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Questions to ask (don't pitch yet):
- What's the most annoying part of [task] for you right now?
- When did that last happen? What did you do?
- What have you tried, and what did it cost?
- If that problem disappeared, what would change for you?
2. One-page offer
NAME:
FOR: [specific person] who [specific situation]
PROBLEM (in their words): "..."
WHAT'S INSIDE:
-
-
WHAT IT DOESN'T INCLUDE:
-
FORMAT: [Google Sheet / PDF / Notion template / Canva template]
PRICE: [A$__] (pre-order price: [A$__])
DELIVERY: [date]
REFUND: [your policy — consumer law rights always apply]
3. Product page template
The attachment has the full template. Its structure:
- A headline that names the buyer and the result in plain words
- Three bullets: what's inside
- A screenshot or preview
- Who it's for, and who it's not for
- What it doesn't include
- Price, format and how delivery works
- FAQ, built from real buyer questions
- Refund wording that doesn't say "no refunds"
Tip: The free blueprint's step 3 says it well: write the product page in plain words. Say who it's for, what's in the file, and what it doesn't include.
