Virtual Staging Service

Stage empty listing photos for real estate agents: add furniture digitally, label every photo as virtually staged, and deliver a before-and-after set.

Tool costs
$0 - $40/mo
Ongoing time
6-12 hours per week for photos, revisions and agent follow-up.
Difficulty
Medium

How it works, step by step

  1. Pick vacant listings (ChatGPT): Choose agents who are listing empty homes, using public listings and photos you are allowed to practise on.
  2. Stage the rooms (Virtual Staging AI): Add furniture that fits the room. Do not add windows, pools or other features the photo does not already show.
  3. Label the photos (Canva): Put a clear "virtually staged" label on every image, and keep the empty original next to it.
  4. Try a second style (REimagineHome): If the agent wants another look, restage the same room rather than hiding the first result.
  5. Deliver and log the listing (Notion): Send the set to the agent and note which photos they used, so the next listing starts from what they liked.

What this can become

Six virtually staged photos of a vacant two-bedroom apartment, labelled on the image, for $180, delivered in two days.

Who it suits

People with a careful eye for rooms who will label edited photos honestly.

How to test it

Stage three rooms from a public vacant listing, label them, and show the set to five agents before paying for a bigger plan.
